2025 MERRIE MONARCH INFORMATION

*** IMPORTANT PLEASE READ***

WE UNDERSTAND THAT BECOMING A VENDOR DURING MERRIE MONARCH CAN BE CHALLENGING. IF CHOSEN TO BE A VENDOR AT KĀKOʻO HAWAIʻI, YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE AT ANOTHER MERRIE MONARCH CRAFT FAIR SITE. WE WOULD LIKE TO KEEP THE AVAILABILITY OPEN AND FAIR FOR EVERYONE, ESPECIALLY DURING THIS TIME OF YEAR.

We have 8 booth sizes + 3 Outdoor Food Vendors .

Booth Fee Range from $600 - $2,000 = Total for 3 Days

  1. Booth #29 - #30 - 8ft x 8ft

  2. Booth #31 - 32  - 8ft x 11.5 ft.

  3. Booth #35 - 10 x 18.5

  4. Booth #33,34,47,48 - 13ft x 11ft 

  5. Booth # 1- 24, #42 -12ft x 12ft 

  6. Booth # 40 - #41, #46 - 14ft x 11ft. 

  7. Booth #43 -44 - 8ft x 15ft

  8. Booth #39 - 18ft x 11ft

  9. Booth #25 & #28 - 16ft x 8ft.  Corner Booth + extra storage and space to be used behind the booth.

  11. Food Vendor - Outdoor

  • Each Vendor must pay the fee 5 days after receiving the “Approval Email.”

  • Your booth is not guaranteed until the vendor fee is paid in full.                                                                                                                                                                                           

  • There are NO REFUNDS unless the event is canceled by the Market Directors.

  • Vendors must participate for the 3 DAYS!

    Booth Guidelines:

  • YOU ARE NOT allowed to screw, drill, or staple anything into the floor or wall.

  • Tents and electricity are NOT PERMITTED inside the main venue. 

  • Setup begins at 8AM.

  • Booths must be cleaned up by 6PM .

  • You are allowed to leave your booth display and products overnight at your own discretion. Sangha Hall & Kākoʻo Hawaiʻi are NOT liable for any damaged or stolen products. 

  • If you do not occupy your booth by 9:30am the Market Directors have the right to utilize the space without refund.

  • BOOTH SHARING - Vendors are allowed to share booths. Limited to (2) vendors per booth. Both Vendors must submit a vendor application and make note in the application process.

    Inventory:

  • Products NOT LISTED on the Vendor Application may NOT be sold, unless authorized by Market Directors.

  • Vendors must have enough inventory to last the entire event. 

           Loading/Unloading:

  • You may park in front of the hall to load and unload products.

  • After your setup is complete you MUST find street parking near the event. As always, please be respectful to the surrounding community.

    Important Information

  • To help market the event, Kākoʻo Hawaii has the right to use your business name and photos of your products.

  • Selected Vendors are required to follow all social media and marketing posts  sent by Kāko’o Hawai’i Team.

  • 6ft tables / 8ft tables / chairs available for vendor use, upon request.

          Food Vendors

  • Limited Food vendor spots located outside of the venue.

  • Food vendors must have either a food truck, Certified Fire Rated Pop Up Tent, & a fire extinguisher present.

  • All Food vendors must obtain their own County Permits from the Department of Health. A copy of permits must be submitted 3 weeks before the event.

           Event Timeline

  • DECEMBER 1ST 2024 : Applications will open. Kākoʻo Hawaii reserves the right to ACCEPT or REJECT any vendor for any reason. Applications may be approved before DEC. 15TH Deadline.

  • DECEMBER 15TH - LAST DAY TO APPLY

  • DECEMBER 30TH : VENDORS CHECK YOUR EMAIL

  • JANURARY 10TH : VENDOR FEE DUE

  • FEBRUARY 30TH : Booth assignments will be finalized and emailed. (IF YOU WANT TO BE BY A CERTAIN VENDOR, please make note in the application. There are NO GUARANTEES, but we will do our best to accommodate you.

  • APRIL 23- 26TH : MERRIE MONARCH 2025
